One of the things we love most about being part of Team BP is that we’re big enough to have a wide range of skills and expertise and can jump in to support each other to tackle whatever comes up. On the flip side, we’re still small enough that we each have a very real sense of making a difference. We all work directly with clients and are supported to take on a variety of tasks and learn new skills. We’re all encouraged to create our own path, and that looks different for each of us.
FLEXIBILITY
Working hours and days are flexible and we all structure our weeks a little differently. On Fridays we finish at 2pm - it’s a great way to kick off the weekend.
EXTRA LEAVE
There’s nothing like a paid day off on your birthday. We also enjoy two additional holidays that we can use to extend public holidays, such as Labour Weekend.
